One thing I really appreciate is how many pre-built elements are available, which makes it possible to create custom layouts without needing to code. Shopify themes often have design limitations even when you purchase premium ones, but with EComposer it’s much easier to tweak layouts and build pages that look exactly how you want. Another highlight is the support team — they are excellent. Whenever I’ve had a question or needed help with something technical, their team responded quickly and helped resolve the issue. **What do you dislike about EComposer Page Builder?** Occasionally I’ve noticed that image sizes I previously set change slightly and the layout can look a bit off. It seems like this may happen after certain updates. Its even better than Elementor and the customer support is truly exceptional! Especially Susan, she is so attentive, understands exactly what I mean and has an extensive knowledge of css and the capabilities of her platform. I highly recommend Ecomposer to any business that is making the switch from wordpress to shopify. It is a life saver for us! If you are like me - CSS is not my first language so if I can actually design the element exactly the way I want it (which you can in Ecomposer) then happy days - and with Ecomposer you can! ### 8. Now I have a professional-looking homepage. I also found their customer service very responsive any time I had some small issues or questions. Recently Andy helped me out with one small button display issue, and he fixed the problem in few minutes. Overall a great quality product with excellent support. **What do you dislike about EComposer Page Builder?** I didn't really find any downside, other than of course that the full product is not free :-) I am still using the free version with the max 3 free pages. Perhaps they could offer another cheap price tier with 5 pages before jumping to a higher price for those of us on a small budget. **What problems is EComposer Page Builder solving and how is that benefiting you?** As it says, it's a website builder for Shopify so that's what it does. It builds beautiful webpages for you with lots of built-in tools. It makes creating professional pages easier. ### 9. I've dealt with many plugins and EComposer support so far has been the best of them all. **What do you dislike about EComposer Page Builder?** It would be nice if the free plan offered a limited option to export. Since I'm a developer if I create a theme and use EComposer I'm not sure how to export the EComposer custom pages to the new client.
