What do you like best about EcommOps?

The customer service of Dayu and his team is top notch. Communications were smooth, organized and response time very fast. They are professionals and know the ecommerce business, regulations and the way things are done in China. Plus their contacts with manuracturers was a huge plus. What do you dislike about EcommOps?

Recommendations to others considering EcommOps:

What problems is EcommOps solving and how is that benefiting you?

We operate a DTC kitchenware brand and were looking for a fulfillment solution that was more flexible than the traditional US 3PL model. We utilized EcommOp’s direct from China fulfillment services to fulfill our DTC orders worldwide.

We were able to launch our product a lot faster than using a local US 3PL and had a lot more flexibility and lower risk in inventory planning
