"Ecolane Helps the Maui, Hawaii Community with Comprehensive Transit Software Needs"

What do you like best about Ecolane?

Ecolane's software allows us to work on the largest ADA Paratransit and Human Services contracts in our County with ease. Their team is exceptionally easy to work with when we need support and whenever we need in-person training, they are only an airplane ride away from stopping in to see us. What do you dislike about Ecolane?

They recently did a major upgrade to the software and I did notice that there were a lot of changes. In the future, I hope that they will reach out via phone or email to set up a meeting to review the new features prior to the system rollout. Recommendations to others considering Ecolane:

If you're in need of a support team when operating your transit agency, Ecolane is a great company to work with. Their team is exceptional and they actually care about their clients. What problems is Ecolane solving and how is that benefiting you?
