I like how EchoDepth helps me prepare for important conversations, like project updates to stakeholders. Its communication analysis helps me spot unclear parts or places that may come across differently than intended, so I can refine messages and presentations to match the emotion I want to convey. I also use it to understand how an audience might interpret messages, recognize potential communication problems, and improve important messages before sharing them. I find it an interesting, even mind-blowing platform for improving communication, building confidence and credibility, and identifying errors before important messages are delivered. Getting started was simple, required few details, and the interface and integration felt straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I’d find EchoDepth more useful if it gave simple, practical suggestions when I analyze presentations, explained what went wrong, and showed me how to say things better. I’d also like simple reports with clear suggestions so I can understand the results more easily. A few more step-by-step instructions for first-time users would make onboarding smoother.
