Describe the project or task EBS Integrator helped with:

I’m the CEO of a website that matches medication and recommends treatment based on the user’s symptoms. We found out about EBS via a peer recommendation and had a meeting to decide how o move forward. They recommended going with an MVP, delivering a full-bundle service, from UX to UI and to Web Dev. We ended up with an incremental product that resembles more of a complete suite than a standard MVP - we could not be happier about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EBS Integrator?

As mentioned, they built more than an MVP and their dedication exceeded my expectation. Their pricing was reasonable and deadlines were met, even with an on-going stream of change request. They provide a clear segregation regarding communication. I worked with a PM to solve all product-related concerns and had a Business Developer that focused on the financial and overall QC of the project, making sure my satisfaction was at 100%. What do you dislike about EBS Integrator?

I wish they would be more visible on the E market, especially in France. Their pricing vs technical value balance is fair and the team was reasonable all through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
