What do you like best about eAuditor Cloud?

Having IT asset management, audits, and reporting in a single platform that’s accessible from anywhere is one of the biggest advantages. It also has a good-looking UI, which makes it easier to monitor assets.

I appreciate the platform’s flexibility. It provides a wide range of configuration options, allowing us to tailor it to our organization’s needs. Once the initial setup was completed, day-to-day administration became straightforward.

What do you dislike about eAuditor Cloud?

During the onboarding process, not everything was clear to us right away. Tailoring it exactly to our needs took quite a lot of work. After larger UI updates, we also needed some time to adjust and get used to the changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is eAuditor Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before eAuditor, we managed our IT assets mainly through spreadsheets. The platform has centralized these processes, giving us a single source of truth for all this information and improving visibility across our IT environment. As a result, we spend less time on manual tasks and can prepare for internal and external audits more efficiently.
