What do you like best about Easyops?

Its interface helps in managing all the e-commerce orders at single window. Different tabs for all the status helps in understanding the process and easy to process. interlink with various e-com sites like amazon, flip-kart helps in accumulation of data at single place. also integrations with various logistics partners helps in tracking the deliveries and notify automatically. What do you dislike about Easyops?

Online version only. Update of payment not done when user update the payment after dispatch. Inventory version also required mobile application to scan the products at warehouse, but it is still in developer mode. Android app launch in coming months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

if you are looking for a e-com software which have process from order generation, order processing, order dispatch, order tracking, billing, bill of materials, vendors management etc. go for easy-ops. What problems is Easyops solving and how is that benefiting you?

we have inventory of various products and combination of products. It helps in managing the inventory of every items seamlessly after order confirmation, pick and pack list will generate helps in packing of items. for multiple products to combine its required to list the package contents. after dispatch the most important is to deliver the product.
