I like how Easymeeting centralizes all our information. The automatic call transcription feature is incredibly helpful as it eliminates the need for manual note-taking and allows everyone to focus entirely on the discussion. Pinning key agenda topics directly on the screen is another feature I appreciate because it keeps meetings on track and helps anyone who missed the meeting quickly find key decisions without watching long recordings. The initial setup of Easymeeting was very straightforward, and the user interface felt intuitive from day one. I would like to have direct, automated syncing of action items and pinned topics with external project management tools like Jira, Notion, or Trello. I find that meeting notes stay in Easymeeting, causing a loss of context as tasks happen in Jira and Notion.
