What do you like best about easyfeedback?

What I like best about easyfeedback is how simple it is to create and manage surveys without spending a lot of time on setup. I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content, so collecting feedback and understanding responses is important for my work. The ease of use was one of the first things I noticed because creating questions and organizing surveys felt Very Simple. The ease of implementation was also good, and I was able to start building surveys quickly without a complicated learning process. I like that different question types, survey customization options, survey sharing, participant management, and response tracking are available in one place. These features are useful when collecting feedback related to nutrition guidance, consultation experiences, patient education activities, and health awareness programs.

I also find the survey design process easy to manage. Creating questionnaires, adjusting survey flow, and reviewing responses can be done without much effort. The reporting features are helpful for understanding feedback in a more organized way, which makes follow-up planning easier. Performance has also been smooth for my regular survey work. Creating surveys, moving between questions, and reviewing responses is usually quick and easy. I use it whenever I need structured feedback, and the overall workflow feels organized. What do you dislike about easyfeedback?

When working on larger surveys with multiple sections, I sometimes wish there was a little more flexibility in how questions and pages are organized. Making changes across different parts of a survey can occasionally take a few extra steps compared to smaller questionnaires. As the survey grows, reviewing the overall structure and moving between sections may take a little more time. What problems easyfeedback is solving for me is collecting feedback in a more organized and structured way.
