What do you like best about EasyChannel?

The most helpful part of EasyChannel for me is how it brings all my sales channels into one system. Being able to list products everywhere at once saves a lot of time. I also like that I can edit my product data in bulk and keep everything consistent. The inventory sync is extremely useful because it updates automatically when something sells. The platform feels organized, and the AI tools help me improve my product content fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EasyChannel?

The only small downside I faced is when the first time I uploaded my items, I had to spend a little time getting familiar with the product data fields. It wasn’t a big problem, just a small learning curve. One CSV import had a minor mismatch, but it was quickly fixed with support’s help. After that, everything worked smoothly, and I didn’t have the issue again. Overall, the downsides are small and easy to move past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is EasyChannel solving and how is that benefiting you?

EasyChannel helps me solve the problem of managing many channels at once. Before using it, I had to jump between different platforms to update listings, check inventory, and process orders, which took too much time.
