What do you like best about EasyAppsOnline?

The system simplifies the underwriting process for health insurance applications. It allows you to complete multiple underwriting applications from different companies in one online form. The best part is that if you later decide to add a different carrier, you can usually add that form, and it will complete the application with the stored healthcare data. The system can also be used as an enrollment platform with some direct-to-carrier connections. Lastly, I have never had a problem getting someone on the phone to help me work through an issue. What do you dislike about EasyAppsOnline?

The back end of the system looks a bit dated, and you can't email employees' log-on information, only their passwords. However, the back-end system works without issue; the screens employees see all appear modern and up to date, and sending out instructions with the login data isn't hard.
