What do you like best about EASE?

The graphs, and data that is easily accessible, and makes knowing who completed and missing their audits easy. It is a useful system. It helps with my safety audits at work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EASE?

Would like to use it in different ways, such as daily pre-shift inspections, and somehow share that info to other shift operators so they know issues. The only downfall here is that associates must have a work email to use it. Mobile app does not work with my Iphone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering EASE:

Start small with a few questions, and work your way up to more if reasonable. Too many questions and it will be too burdening to use for associates. Send out reports daily holding people accountable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EASE?

The "ease" of scheduling in EASE is great to use, it allows you to truly customize your needs in your business. Also, the amount of detail that you can enter in for the audits to get the accurate results needed to see issues and work on improvements is great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EASE?

The only issue that I have found in EASE is that sometimes getting the reports to show what we need can be somewhat time consuming. With that being said, once they are setup to fit your needs it is very easy to see all of your weaknesses and work to improving them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is EASE solving and how is that benefiting you?

Currently we are using this to check product variance in our plant, it is working out great. We are a large facility and our operators are supposed to be using a couple of different softwares in order to enter in scrap codes, scrap amounts, etc. Since implementing these "special" audits we have seen that we have a weakness in this area and some operators don't even have access/or know how to use this software. We also use the software for LPAs and Shop Floor Audits and have corrected many issues with these as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Audit Randomization and Reporting, with a Useful Dashboard"

What do you like best about EASE?

Randomization of audits by station/line, and the question randomization in a documents. The report section also is really good structured, the home page when you open Ease again, the summaries for past findings, missed audits, upcoming audits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EASE?

Deleting missed audits one by one. No batch option. If an used forgets to put in the time off and a week later he missed 5 audits, you can't select all five and delete them, you have to go one by one. and maybe some of the features, as the platform evolved, had become a bit complicated. What do you like best about EASE?

The user interface is very intuitively designed, allowing audits to be conducted quickly and efficiently. Particularly noteworthy is the structured documentation, which makes it possible to capture all relevant information centrally and comprehensibly. Another advantage is the high flexibility: The system can be easily adapted to different processes and standards, which is of great importance in a dynamic work environment. The automated evaluations and reports save valuable time and provide clear metrics that can be directly used for improvement measures.

Furthermore, EASE supports sustainability in the audit process by promoting paperless operations and facilitating communication between teams. Overall, the system helps ensure quality and compliance at a high level without unnecessarily increasing administrative effort.

"EASE has been a great tool for updating our LPA & Safety audit system."

What do you like best about EASE?

EASE is very customizable and allows us to track any activity we want. We use it daily for LPA's, Safety and dock audits. I love the app for ease of use. If I have my phone I can take a picture and add it to the system for quick follow up. They provided as much training as we needed and have been responsive to any questions. It is user friendly even for those who are not tech savvy, Emails remind users of tasks assigned. It only took about a month to implement the whole system and we have continued to find other uses for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EASE?

I would have liked more information explaining different features like the tags, fields etc. I think this is also my fault for not asking for more info. "Paperless Audits Made Easy with Photo Attachments and Instant Sync"
