What problems is EARFUL solving and how is that benefiting you?

EARFUL noticed risks that might be happened and helped my brand to solve PR crisis by their social listening function. EARFUL also helped us gatekeeping our social media activity and protected our wikipedia profile by being edited by anyone else.
