What do you like best about Dyno?

What we like best about Dyno is having our bookings, memberships, payments and community features together in our own High on Heels branded app. Members can book ahead, manage their memberships and keep up with studio news in one place.

For us, community is a huge part of the experience, so having a news feed and member messaging alongside class bookings is particularly valuable. The app feels like an extension of High on Heels and gives us a central space to connect with our members beyond the studio.

From a management perspective, automated billing, membership discounts and booking rules are especially useful for organising the different memberships and classes we offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dyno solving and how is that benefiting you?

Dyno is helping us bring the day-to-day management of High on Heels into one system. Previously, bookings, payments and community communication were spread across different platforms, with manual work needed to manage membership discounts and adjustments.

Having recurring billing, automated discounts and class booking rules together reduces repetitive admin and makes it easier to manage our different membership options. Members can book ahead and manage their accounts through our branded app, giving them more control over their own schedules.

The news feed and community features also give us a central place to share our monthly itinerary and studio updates. For us, the main benefit is having a more organised foundation for running the business while keeping the member experience connected to the High on Heels brand.
