What do you like best about DX Learning?

DX is extremely easy to work with. They are a small business, but when we need assistance the right people are on the case right away. They work with our budget and time constraints, nothing is ever too small. Professionalism is top tier, but you can also tell everyone genuinely enjoys working with each other. Every program we've done with them has been at the highest level. We can give them something we are trying to solve, and they will turn it around into a well rounded program. What do you dislike about DX Learning?

Recommendations to others considering DX Learning:

What problems is DX Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?

DX Learning helped solve a major gap in our training approach. Our organization had mostly focused on on-the-job and technical training, but we realized we also needed power-skill training so associates could feel safe and valued at work. DX helped us put together multiple programs that targeted exactly this, tailored for different groups and populations of associates across the organization. The training that is provided is not your typical run of the mill program. Communication and relationship building are built in. The training does never feels stale.
