What do you like best about dunnhumby Sphere?

About this software, what I found more positive is the fact that it does not make the user complicated and the fact is, it can be customized. What do you dislike about dunnhumby Sphere?

But what I can consider as a rather major demerit for me though it is not that major is that the platform might be rather slow at times but the numerous benefits that the platform has brought to us are already a clear justification for such a minor hitch. Alithought, the technical support team has at all times been receptive in assisting us address all the challenges that we have encountered and this has proved quite instrumental in the smooth running of our business. To summarise, Dunnhumby Sphere has been a reliable friend to our company and indeed has played a big part in the success of our company.
