"Duna cut our compliance review times from days to under two hours"

What do you like best about Duna AI?

Duna replaced the manual Google Sheets and email chains my compliance team was running for KYB onboarding in Europe. Sales now sends the invite through Duna, the customer fills in everything our policy requires, and compliance reviews it inside the same platform. A review that used to take days takes one to two hours. The whole European sales and compliance organization is on it. As a GM, the part I care about most is that we can expand into new markets without compliance becoming the bottleneck, and the cost of onboarding a new customer has dropped meaningfully without giving up what our regulators want to see. What do you dislike about Duna AI?

What problems is Duna AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Compliance was the bottleneck for time to market. Onboarding a new B2B customer in Europe meant sales emailing a Google Sheet to the customer, the customer filling it in and sending it back, compliance reviewing it, and then looping back to sales when key information was missing. It usually was missing. A single onboarding took days, and we couldn't move into new markets faster than my analysts could clear the queue.

We are now doing KYB onboarding and compliance through Duna. Sales sends the invite through Duna. The customer completes everything our policy requires, including UBO and ownership chains, sanctions screening, and identity verification. Duna's AI reviews documents, pulls registry data, and flags what needs analyst attention before a case is opened. A review that used to take days now takes one to two hours.

The benefits compound. Productivity per compliance analyst is up substantially. Cost per onboarding has come down. And time to market for new geographies is significantly lower. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
