What do you like best about Dubb: Sales Video System + CRM?

Dubb works where I do! My ability to quickly make personal videos and send them to my prospects, leads and customers is really remarkable. I use the desktop app, chrome extension and if Stay at Home ever ends, I'll use the app. Sending a personal video is most definitely the way to make an instant impact. What do you dislike about Dubb: Sales Video System + CRM?

All of the benefits far outweigh any downsides I could find with the product. This is all about my ability to create and deploy something fast, not produced high quality finished videos. I have other tools for that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
