"Accurate Network Simulation That Speeds Up Telecom Testing"
4/5
What do you like best about dsTest - Network Test/Simulation?

What I like best about dsTest is its ability to accurately simulate real-world network conditions in a controlled environment. It allows me to test complex telecom and protocol scenarios without needing a full physical infrastructure, which makes development and validation much faster and more cost-effective.

I also really appreciate its flexibility in configuring different network functions and traffic models. It helps in reproducing edge cases and performance issues that would be difficult to test in a live system.

Overall, it improves testing efficiency, reduces risk before deployment, and gives much better visibility into system behavior under different network conditions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about dsTest - Network Test/Simulation?

One thing I sometimes find challenging with dsTest is that it has a learning curve, especially when configuring more complex network scenarios and protocol behaviors. It can take time to become fully comfortable with all the features and scripting options.

Also, depending on the scale of the simulation, setup and execution can become resource-intensive, and tuning performance may require some additional effort.

That said, I understand these are expected trade-offs for a powerful network simulation tool, and overall it provides a very strong environment for testing telecom systems before production. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
