What do you like best about DSN Software?

The most impressive thing about DSN Software is that it isn’t a "one-size-fits-all" general dental system. It is purpose-built for high-volume specialty dental practices, specifically Oral Surgery, Periodontics, and Endodontics.

As a specialty-focused Practice Management System (PMS), the clinical charting and EMR modules are tailored to surgical workflows. The deep integration with high-quality 3D imaging and CBCT scans without needing heavy on-premise hardware is a game-changer. The transition to the cloud-based platform has drastically reduced IT overhead while maintaining the speed and reliability of a desktop application. What do you dislike about DSN Software?

Because the software is so feature-rich and specifically tuned for surgical environments, the initial configuration and onboarding take time. You have to invest the effort to customize the templates to your specific practice style. However, once that setup is complete, the efficiency gains far outweigh the initial learning curve. What problems is DSN Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

DSN Software solves the "fragmented data" problem. Before, we struggled with disconnected systems for imaging, scheduling, and billing. DSN centralizes everything:

Referral Management: It makes tracking and communicating with referring doctors seamless, which is vital for an Oral Surgery or Perio practice.

Multi-Location Efficiency: The ability to drag and drop appointments across different offices and have all clinical notes and images follow the patient instantly saves our staff hours of administrative work every week.
