Dropbox paper makes it easy to find the docs you need for each meeting. Don’t have a meeting agenda yet? Use Paper’s smart templates to create one and its very easy to use and it also let you add comments to a specific part of an image, attributions .

It’s a great tool for ad-hoc, informal, collaborative on-line documents, especially ones which change frequently.
