We use Driveroo for maintaining our fleet of tour vehicles. These vehicles are highly regulated and inspected annually by the California Highway Patrol. The reporting and transparency of our vehicle inspections and maintenance impressed the CHP and they could not find any issues with our documentation. Our Finance team enjoys the accurate and detailed tracking of our labor and material costs. For our fleet maintenance team, the dashboard are extremely helpful and value-added. I've rarely experienced such a great outcome from a software application. And the Driveroo support is best in class. **What do you dislike about Driveroo?** I have not one concern or issue with Driveroo, the support, or the overall experience. **What problems is Driveroo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Driveroo replaced a very costly and outdated fleet maintenance program. Particularly, Kateryna and Irina have been most helpful with setting up multiple new tasks and equipment and they do so with a ready to help attitude. Driveroo has been helpful in streamlining our workflows and ensuring each piece of equipment is safe to use every time through daily inspections. The system is user friendly and the process is easy. Moises has taken the time to attend our internal Fleet meetings to explain the app and how to navigate it with ease. His attention to our needs even extends to addressing emails from our team, which consists of 60 drivers. Moises has set up one on one meetings with me to explain the "Admin" functions whick allows me to get comfortable with the applcation. Our company has implemented the use of the Driveroo app for pre-trip inspections and with Moises assistance, our team is gaining the confindence in using the app. **What do you dislike about Driveroo?** I must admit, there can be some shortcuts to the system however, after asking for them, Moises and his team have made the proper adjustments to make our use of the app easier. **What problems is Driveroo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ease of it's use. Moises has taken tlme to meet with me one on one to ensure I understand the "Admin" priveledges as well as meeting with our Fleet team to guide them on the use of the application. ### 10.
