The this app i have installed in my car for tracking my location and all the path which i have to be on ...Like if i use Google Maps then i have to constantly look on which lane i have to be in and what path i have to take...But this Driveroo tracks all the things before hand which make easy for me to just drive on a correct lane without looking into the screen, then the next feature I like the driving-related information organized in one place allows me to focus more on the road instead of managing things manually. It have limited offline support and when there is less internet connectivity then it lags a lot .But I live in banglore so I don't feel this lag more frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They deliver excellent customer services. They go above and beyond to help. They respond quickly to questions and requests. Particularly, Kateryna and Irina have been most helpful with setting up multiple new tasks and equipment and they do so with a ready to help attitude. Driveroo has been helpful in streamlining our workflows and ensuring each piece of equipment is safe to use every time through daily inspections. The system is user friendly and the process is easy. Our managers, warehouseman and drivers were able to acclimate quickly to a new task of daily inspections and it allows us to show our employees that safety is our number 1 priority. I've had a fantastic experience with customer support, especially with Kateryna Yeromenko. She's always eager to help me resolve any issues and concerns. I think the only thing that I'm not a fan of is when I'm creating a planned maintenance. I want to be able to remove the default date that driveroo creates so that I don't get false notifications before the kilometer due date Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our Driveroo rep, Moises Salabarria, and staff, have been extremely attentive to our needs and quick to address any issues we have. Moises has taken the time to attend our internal Fleet meetings to explain the app and how to navigate it with ease. His attention to our needs even extends to addressing emails from our team, which consists of 60 drivers. Moises has set up one on one meetings with me to explain the "Admin" functions whick allows me to get comfortable with the applcation. I enjoy the customizability that Driveroo provides. I also enjoy how user friendly Driveroo is. We are looking forward to integrating Driveroo for many different types of equipment.
