What do you like best about DreamzCMMS?

Our payment platform depends on reliable infrastructure and secure internal operations, so keeping our business-critical assets in good shape is a top priority. Instead of just logging maintenance requests, this platform helps us anticipate upcoming work, keep an eye on asset health, and maintain complete, consistent service records. What do you dislike about DreamzCMMS?

One improvement I’d really welcome is a more flexible mobile experience for supervisors who often move between different office locations. The mobile app handles the essentials well, but it would be even more convenient if more reporting and approval features were available on mobile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DreamzCMMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of our ongoing challenges was keeping maintenance activities consistent as our operational environment evolved. Tracking inspections, service schedules, and completed work across different assets could easily become fragmented and hard to follow. DreamzCMMS helped by introducing a standardized process where every maintenance activity is documented, scheduled, and monitored from a single location, which made it easier to stay organized and maintain continuity.
