What do you like best about DreamzCMMS?

For us, the biggest advantage isn’t only maintenance scheduling; it’s the confidence of knowing every important asset is accounted for. DreamzCMMS gives us a single, trusted place for asset records, maintenance planning, and service history. What do you dislike about DreamzCMMS?

One improvement I’d really appreciate is more flexibility when creating custom KPI dashboards. The current reports already offer useful operational insights, but the ability to build fully role-specific dashboards tailored to different departments would make the platform even more valuable. What problems is DreamzCMMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before we introduced DreamzCMMS, our maintenance information was scattered across emails, spreadsheets, and individual team records. As our operations expanded, that made it hard to keep everything consistent and easy to track. With the platform in place, we now have standardized maintenance workflows, centralized documentation, and automated preventive scheduling, which has helped bring our process together in one system.
