I’ve worked with CRMs for many years and the biggest problem is always the same: the sales team spends too much time feeding the CRM instead of actually selling.
What I like about Dreamhub is that it feels like they started from the opposite direction. Most of the information is captured automatically from the actual work you’re already doing, and the AI helps turn it into something useful.
For me, the real value is being able to understand very quickly where a deal stands, what is missing, what I should be worried about, and what I need to do next. I don’t want another dashboard with 50 fields. I want the system to understand my deals and help me move them forward.
I also like that the team (Noam and Lemor) are very open to feedback!.
It still feels like a product being built by people who actually listen to sales teams rather than simply adding more CRM features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are areas where you can feel that not everything has the depth or maturity of platforms that have existed for 15 or 20 years.
That said, I actually prefer this tradeoff right now. I’d rather use a product that is moving quickly in the right direction than another legacy CRM with hundreds of features that my team never uses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
