What do you like best about Dream Workers Tech?

We began collaborating with Dream Workers Tech in January 2026. We discovered them on Upwork as we were searching for external help with our online reputation and digital marketing efforts.

Started with working on Capterra management, social media management & advertisements. They have also recently begun providing support for a Trustpilot management project.

Mr. Ahsan, the agency owner was professional and very experienced that we had a good time working with him. Mr. Sokal Khan, our team leader also has been very prompt in answering your queries. He updates us with what is work in progress and workflow reports that are very well within expected timeframes. This certainly made for an even easier to follow rhythm of the work without us having to incur additional requirements on internal resources for day-to-day alignment. What do you dislike about Dream Workers Tech?

Initially, Mr Shaun was assigned to look after our project. At that time, there were some delays with workflows reports. When reports were not delivered on time, it made it harder for us to track progress.

We contacted the agency regarding the issue and the account responsibility was changed later. Since Mr. Sokal Khan took over the workflow, communication and reporting have improved a lot. Recommendations to others considering Dream Workers Tech:

I would use Dream Workers Tech for continuous PR and digital marketing services. After the account management changed, we saw much improvement in our experience. Mr. Ahsan has shown a professional attitude and Mr. Sokal Khan has been very prompt with our projects. It is essential to define reporting expectations from the outset. What problems is Dream Workers Tech solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were leaking into multiple areas and we needed outside assistance at the same time. This includes management and advertising campaigns on platforms such as Capterra, social media activities and others. Having this inhouse was costing us valuable time away from our core business development teams.

Dream Workers Tech helped to execute these actions and has continuously supported with workflow and reporting. This allowed for our team to dedicate even more time to focusing on core business functions. By making this reporting process the current one, it helps us to see everything that has been completed and what's still in progress.
