What do you like best about Dream Service Software?

I really like that Dream provides a true full-service platform where all the different features work smoothly together. It brings sales, routing, ongoing customer management, billing, and more into one place, which isn’t something every software offers. On top of that, the customer service is probably the best I’ve ever experienced—responsive, genuinely helpful, and easy to work with whenever I need support. What do you dislike about Dream Service Software?

Dream is a fairly new software product, and it’s constantly evolving as development continues and new features and updates are added. Because of that, you’re naturally more likely to run into occasional issues during these periods of change, which is something that tends to happen with software as it grows and improves. What problems is Dream Service Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

Dream has greatly improved how we connect the sales and service sides of the business in a single platform. I no longer have to close a sale in one system and then take that same information to re-enter it or translate it into another system for service. With everything in one place, it’s much easier to see the full picture, pull the right details, and run reports without extra steps or workarounds.
