I run a French tech media site and use Drag'n Survey to collect feedback from readers and run small audience studies. The drag and drop builder is genuinely fast, I can put a survey together in under 15 minutes including conditional logic and visual customization. The AI Agent is the feature I use most. Describing what I want to ask in plain language and getting back a structured form with the right question types saves me real time, and the AI also helps a lot when analyzing open ended responses, where it surfaces themes and trends I would otherwise have to read manually. The platform is less known internationally than the big US players, which sometimes means fewer third party integrations and a smaller community of templates compared to SurveyMonkey or Typeform.
