DraftSight provides all the necessary tools to create or modify an engineering drawing, and to open, read, or edit DWG files from other sources. In my experience, DraftSight performs very well with professional DWG files, even up to large sizes. Its dark and light UI options also make it more comfortable to work with for long periods of time.
