"Draftbit Makes App Development Approachable for Non-Developers"

What do you like best about Draftbit?

What I like most about Draftbit is that it makes app development much easier for someone who is not a professional developer. I have some technical knowledge and can work with code, but I’m not an expert. With Draftbit, I can understand what is happening and still build something useful without getting stuck all the time.

I previously tried Replit, but I found it more complicated than I expected and eventually stopped using it. Draftbit feels much more approachable to me, and I was able to get started and make progress quite quickly.

I also like that I can use AI to help me with the development. So far, GPT has worked well for me and has made the development process much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Draftbit?

The main thing I find confusing is the credit system. It wasn’t immediately clear to me how the credits are being used and what exactly consumes them.

I also tried using Gemini. After selecting Gemini, my credits were used, but nothing happened. I then switched to GPT and it worked fine. I’m not sure why Gemini isn’t included more directly or why I need to go through OpenRouter to use it. I think this could be explained much more clearly, especially for new users.

Overall, these are not major problems for me, but the AI model options and credit usage could definitely be more transparent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Draftbit solving and how is that benefiting you?

Draftbit is helping me build a mobile app without having to be a professional mobile developer. I have enough technical knowledge to understand and modify things, but building a complete app from scratch would still be quite challenging for me.

Draftbit gives me a much easier way to put the different parts of the app together and use AI when I need help. It allows me to move forward with the project instead of spending too much time figuring out every technical detail myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
