What do you like best about Dr Dispatch?

What I like most about Dr. Dispatch is the ability to handle more loads in less time, with greater control and visibility over each shipment. The implementation process is simple, and the support and customer service are excellent. It is a tool that fits our budget while still providing everything we need to operate efficiently and grow. What do you dislike about Dr Dispatch?

What problems is Dr Dispatch solving and how is that benefiting you?

In my 25 years of professional experience, I have focused on the ground transportation industry. I have worked for 3PLs, trucking companies, and gained hands-on experience through my own businesses, from being an owner-operator to operating my own brokerage.

Dr. Dispatch will be the fifth TMS (dispatch software) that I have implemented in my career. We are fully aware that having the right tool is essential to achieve profitability and growth. Each dispatcher must be able to process a certain number of loads per day, and to accomplish this, the correct TMS is required.

We believe Dr. Dispatch is the right solution because it is very user-friendly. The way the system functions allows us to plan shipments even when certain elements are not yet fully defined. It is very easy to make changes, it integrates seamlessly with other leading tools in the industry, and it continues to surprise us every day with new features and improvements.
