I've been using Dr Dispatch since 2007, and I find it easy to interact with, especially now that it has become web-based. The search functionality is simple. The team is very responsive, always addressing any troubleshooting requests quickly. It allows us to easily split loads for LTL, build trips with multiple legs into a straightforward manifest, and manage different stages of the load cycle like load created, dispatched, closed, and so on.
