What do you like best about Dploy Solutions?

DPLOY is amazing in terms of KPI tracking and 'visually managing' them. Moreover, DPLOY does a great job in ensuring the user gets a chance to roll-up metrics and have children beneath them to make sure any metric can be broken down to different sub-levels.

Also, DPLOY's wide range of options while creating a metric is amazing because it encompasses literally every single type of metric tracking (be it percentage, units or million dollars!)

To conclude, I would also like to mention that DPLOY has amazing customer support for any issues/questions. We have Tony Lea as a customer support agent and he has been an incredible support for the team in terms of setting up 'live' training sessions to getting on a call within couple of minutes for getting our questions answered. What do you dislike about Dploy Solutions?

There is little that can be disliked about DPLOY but one thing to improve would be the 'speed' at which metrics are loaded on the website. With the metric sets increasing and DPLOY getting bigger with the business, I feel it would be great if DPLOY could handle multiple users to toggle/browse around freely and 'quickly' in the software. Currently, there is a lot of 'lag' in the system while browsing or updating any KPI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dploy Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our current business tracks several KPIs across different sites through MS Excel and we could not know, on which month's we hit the target or miss it unless we go through the numbers and manually make them red/green. In such scenarios, DPLOY helped us in quickly identifying which KPIs missed the target and made our monthly meeting times for KPI tracking reduce from 1 hour to less than 20 minutes and helped focus the discussion to the critical misses.
