What do you like best about Dovetail HR?

What do you dislike about Dovetail HR?

There are some updates that this software needs -- the ability to un-merge cases, more (and easier) options to manage privacy for cases, as well as a more user-friendly reporting platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dovetail HR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Dovetail allows us to have a centralized location for all of our employees HR needs -- with the HR Solution Center, we present as much up-to-date information as possible to employees in order to keep everyone informed. Using Dovetail as a case management system allows leadership to review where everyone stands with assisting our employees. Many different teams use it and it keeps Human Resources accountable. It is easy to use for our users, as it is very intuitive. It is usually a quick training before users and employees are able to navigate the platform on their own.
