I like that Dots Payouts API is a scalable solution for our needs, allowing us to pay hundreds or thousands of individuals with the click of a button. Its simplicity is impressive, and the reference documentation is really helpful and robust. The API ensures flexibility in making direct payments and generating payment links, enhancing our payment options beyond just one type like ACH or PayPal. I appreciate the dashboard for manual use if needed and the self-service option it provides to recipients. Although it does support international payees, it could have better native support for international currencies. So for example, if we owe somebody 100 Canadian dollars, I can't guarantee that they'll get paid exactly 100 Canadian dollars. They will be paid some conversion rate since we're paying with US dollars. We have workarounds to make that work for our needs, but a platform native solution would be better. That said, the Dots team has been very responsive to our needs and has added a number of features, at our request.
