What do you like best about Dotfile?

Their API is well-documented and was quick to integrate into our onboarding flow. That allowed us to automate verification checks end-to-end. The webhooks keep our internal systems in sync in real time, so our team checks the cases that actually need manual review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dotfile?

There isn't really a thing I dislike, nothing has been a blocker for us. The one thing I'd flag is occasional false positives on AML screening hits. Some matches that surface need manual review and turn out not to be relevant, which adds a bit of extra work for the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dotfile solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have managed to make the onboarding flow much faster, thanks to Dotfile running KYB and AML checks, which centralizes business verification, document collection and AML screening. We have managed to automatise it via their API and the benefit we got is much faster onboarding and less manual work for our team. We only have to check cases that genuinely need review.
