I love how Dotatie is fairly easy to set up and saves a lot of time with administrative work, especially concerning the self-service portal for donors. The ease of use combined with customizability really stands out for me. I appreciate how the donor self-portal saves time for both the donors and the organization, and that we can easily share documents with them. The integrations work great, and even though more integrations would be nice, Dotatie is fast at adding them on request.
