What do you like best about Doppler?

Doppler is easy to use, especially automation. Complete tool for small and big companies. You don't need to be a pro on email marketing to use it; you can learn using Doppler help center; they have a lot of videos and tutorials to help you improve your emails marketing skills. Doppler is one of the most complete email marketing solutions. As I said before, really easy to use, give Doppler a try. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Doppler?

I want Doppler to add to the automation design the possibility of moving the elements within the sequence, not having to save the email as a template to move it in the order of the flow. That's the only major thing that I dislike about Doppler. Another minor change that they can make is to improve their graphic design on the app. All the things that I dislike are minor, are more improvements that will be nice to have. What problems is Doppler solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Doppler, I handle all my company's emails, from email marketing campaigns A/B testing to complex automation of abandoned carts and recovery of payment processes. The integration with Shopify helped my company to be able to integrate the eCommerce with Doppler and have all my leads segmented in different lists. Also, to send automated emails based on a trigger that we define based on the objective. Having Doppler has more benefits than the benefits of the app's functionalities.
