What do you like best about DoorProfit Crime & Neighborhoods Data?

What do you dislike about DoorProfit Crime & Neighborhoods Data?

I wish the crime scoring could account for how relative risk varies between markets. A D-rated neighborhood in Memphis looks very different from a D in Scottsdale. That said, I'm not sure there's a better way to standardize it across markets, and it still gives you a useful baseline for comparing properties within the same area. What problems is DoorProfit Crime & Neighborhoods Data solving and how is that benefiting you?

It takes the guesswork out of evaluating a neighborhood before you buy. Instead of driving every street or relying on gut feel, you get actual crime and safety data layered right into your deal analysis. For someone investing in multiple markets, which I do, that's huge. I can quickly screen out areas that don't fit my risk tolerance and focus my time on properties worth pursuing. It's saved me from making expensive mistakes in neighborhoods that look fine on paper but tell a different story when you dig into the data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
