What do you like best about DoorDash for Business?

In my operations support role, I use it mainly to pull reports for upper management and to make sure promotions and offers are properly reflected and showing for our restaurants. DoorDash for Business makes it easy to find both of these sections on the website, so I can quickly access what I need and pull the information without hassle. What do you dislike about DoorDash for Business?

I honestly don’t have any real dislikes about this application. It’s fairly easy to use overall, although I do wish some of the reports and data I need would load a bit faster. What problems is DoorDash for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?

DoorDash for Business lets me pull specific reports for my marketing team so they can review order data from our customers, and it also helps me verify that our offers are set up correctly. It makes my job easier because these tasks are quick to complete, and it gives me confidence that our customers—and therefore our business—are properly supported.
