Our team relies heavily on tools that adhere strictly to German data protection rules, and doopoll fits our requirements perfectly. Using it to collect team feedback means we no longer have to go through lengthy legal assessments before launching surveys, which saves our teams a ton of extra work. We often carry out Nextcloud system migration and optimization projects, and this tool is ideal for running quick internal pulse surveys. The interface is clean and easy to operate, staff can fill out questionnaires without any learning cost. What surprised our IT team most was the deployment process: setup was done in a short time, no complicated local server deployment was needed, nor did we spend weeks going back and forth on compliance negotiations with vendors like we did with traditional enterprise survey tools. It strikes a great balance between ease of use, practicality and regulatory compliance, and has become a regular helper in our daily operation and project work. Our business runs on a complete enterprise ecosystem centered around Nextcloud, and we wish doopoll could achieve deeper native docking with it. Tighter linkage with our LDAP and SSO authentication systems would also streamline user management and data synchronization greatly. Second is data analysis and export functions. While the basic features work well for small-scale quick surveys, when we accumulate large volumes of feedback data, the existing export options feel limited. We frequently need to correlate survey results with system operation and performance data, and right now this work has to be done manually across multiple platforms, which lowers our overall efficiency. Before adopting doopoll, collecting internal feedback was always held back by strict GDPR constraints and cumbersome processes. This tool takes data sovereignty and privacy protection into account by design, letting us launch real-time team surveys freely without worrying about compliance risks or repeated legal audits. It simplifies the whole feedback collection process, especially supporting our Nextcloud migration projects well, helping us keep track of team experience and project progress in a timely manner.
