Honestly the thing I love about Doofer is that it just gets out of my way. I've used like 4 different tools for this before and most of them feel like they were built by people who never actually did the job. Doofer is the opposite — you can tell whoever built it actually used it

I set up our whole workflow in maybe 2 hours? My coworker who is NOT techy figured it out without me explaining anything which honestly shocked me lol. Also the integrations just work, didnt have to mess around with zapier or anything weird. Slack pings come through clean, our CRM sync hasnt broken once in like 3 months

Honestly the only real downside for me is the mobile situation — theres no app and the website isnt really adapted for phones either, so if im on the go and need to check something quick its kinda painful to use. Not a dealbreaker since i mostly work from my laptop anyway but would be nice to at least have a responsive web version for those times im away from my desk.
