What do you like best about Donut?

We are small startup that is growing like crazy and are in the middle of a big hiring push. We have had a lot of emphasis on improving the communication on the team and part of that is making sure people know each other well. One of my coworkers suggested Donut as a solution and a nice reminder to talk to each other and take the time to meet and work with new people. Now we have it set up for every 2 weeks and it has been a great experience so far Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Donut?

I think it has been great overall. I wish you could exclude certain people from it - for example people that are on vacation or paternity leave but even without that it is still great and fun and has a nice follow up Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Donut:

Definitely worth getting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Donut solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem is making sure people talk to each out and meet each other and establish a relationship. We have been able to do that and thought it was a very nice and organic way without a lot of pressure. Loved using it and great experience for busy teams that might forget to spend the time to check on each other and talk for more than 2 min. Valuable additional as well for starting a conversation with upper management in a non-intimidating way. Would definitely recommend for growing teams that care about culture and communication Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
