What do you like best about DonorDirect Studio Enterprise?

Studio Enterprise is the most comprehensive solution for Christian non-profits - particularly those that have broadcast media or have inventory sales or premiums. They also are a good solution for mission agencies and those that hold events. The software allows for workflows and custom tables that the user can customize the application to specific ministry needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DonorDirect Studio Enterprise?

Their integration with Serenic Navigator for accounting is a bit cumbersome in its performance, but it's not a major issue to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DonorDirect Studio Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?

Studio Enterprise provides good functionality for Customer Relationship Management, Donor Development, Events, Customer Address Hygiene, gift acknowledgments, etc. When we implemented the software in 2017, we eliminated around 20 in-house developed interfaces that were needed to keep our old software functional.
