We wanted a flexible, user-friendly tool for our PTA team. While I feel comfortable with SaaS solutions as part of my daily work, I wanted to vet a tool that I could comfortably hand off to others, since I'll eventually leave this PTA to move to the middle school. DonorBox made it SO easy and feel so seamless. To make matters even better, we are on a free tier and STILL had reps reach out to us to help us get established. We're still getting established so I haven't discovered any gaps or pushed its limits yet. I think one area we could use more customization in would be automation. I'd love to have more specific levers I can pull about things like membership reminders. What problems is Donorbox solving and how is that benefiting you? As a small PTA organization that runs exclusively on volunteer efforts, we needed a cost-effective tool that would make hand-offs to new incoming volunteers easy. Since our core volunteers naturally mature out of the organization as their kids grow up, we're always looking for ways to make it easier for the next generation. I feel confident that when my son moves to the next school, I'll be able to easily train up the next round of volunteers. Having a free tier is a huge burden off of us, as well. We've previously used tools that were both expensive AND didn't offer the purpose-built member management options.
