What do you like best about Don't Interrupt?

What problems is Don't Interrupt solving and how is that benefiting you?

My supervisor never respects my boundaries after hours and will expect work to be done after hours for no pay so after many years of figuring out how to handle this, Don't Interrupt helps support me in this venture by allowing me to clearly indicate if i'm available after hours and at my own choice.
