"Dodge One’s AI Integration Makes Project Filtering Faster and Easier"

What do you like best about Dodge One?

Dodge One’s evolution from Dodge Pipeline is a great uplift, and its integration with AI makes project filtering and company searching more efficient and easier to do. Overall, the interface and user experience feel smoother compared to the previous Dodge Pipeline platform. this updated platform comes with optional upgrades like bid central and subcontractor intelligence. What do you dislike about Dodge One?

Dodge One implemented almost all the same functions and capabilities as the previous Dodge Pipeline version, however, one function that they removed was scheduled exports for saved project searches. I had key projects that I tracked throughout 2026 and wanted weekly updates from that project to stay up to date, this is not added to Dodge one yet but it remains active in the Dodge Pipeline so thats the only reason I stay on pipeline still. What problems is Dodge One solving and how is that benefiting you?

Dodge one is helping us connect the dots between Project Owners, GC's, and the architects we want to work with. We have listed GC's we work with, and if we make connections to the architects, we can align needs from both ends that incorporate equipment or materials that we can distribute and supply making the world easier for successful project completions. We can also go down to the technicians, engineers, or other end users in the project chain for context and generating pull through demand to their GC's or fleet operations.
