What do you like best about DocuX?

We love the simplicity of the product. We use DocuX for managing all our contracts. Our Legal and sales teams loves using this, as it allows our legal team to draft contract quickly. Our Sales team to send to get it signed from internal and external stake holders. One of the best CLM out there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocuX?

We have mostly what is required. But it would have been great to have a bulk upload document upload feature, and a mobile app to view the application from wherever and whenever. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DocuX solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a software company having customers across different geographies. We have 12 months contracts with our customers with an average of 36 months customer engagement. We were managing contracts on Google Drive until the time we had 1 legal person managing it. But as we started growing, we needed a tool which can help organize this, and help us scale the operations. This is when we discovered DocuX in one of our startup community.
