What do you like best about Docusign for Real Estate?

Every real estate transaction comes with an immense amount of paperwork and Dousign for Real Estate really makes getting signatures so much easier. It's easy to use, and has all the functionality you need. Signers, even those not tech saavy have no problem using the software, and it's great how it can be done on a phone tablet or computer. Docusign has also advanced the document editing capabilities, which is often used in conjunction with preparing a document for signature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign for Real Estate?

I dislike that all the history generated by the user is owned by the company and not the user. If you change company or even just email address, you lose access to everything. Other than that, I have no complaints whatsoever about Docusign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Docusign for Real Estate solving and how is that benefiting you?

Docusign for Real Estate solves the problem of needing to meet people in person for signatures. This saves much time and energy in the process of a real estate transaction. Now also, I almost never need my PDF editing software as that capability has expanded within Docusign as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
