What do you like best about Documo?

We use Documo for our public faxing service to the public, and this service gets used many times, every day. It was extremely easy to install and simple to integrate with our copiers. The reports provide the statistics we need, and the support has been top-notch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Documo?

At times, support hasn’t been forthcoming about maintenance and the impact to services, which has caused extra time and effort on our end. However, they have since put better communication practices in place, and we haven’t had a recurrence in about two years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Documo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously, we had analog lines that were simply too expensive to continue providing our library patrons with free faxing service. With Documo’s very reasonable pricing we’re now able to offer this service free of charge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
